No cancellation of order is allowed after payment is made and order is confirmed between both parties.

Placing an order via the shopping bag online implies your intention of purchasing an item, confirmation email and payment detail will be sent to you shortly. However, if buyer ignored the email and do not make payment after 3 days, reservations will be void and items will be sold to customers on the waiting list. He or she will be blacklisted and banned from any future purchases. therefore please be very sure before placing an order or at least reply to inform us even if you want to cancel the order.

Su Encanto will ascertain that all items are defect-free before sending them out. If any defect is found, alterations will be made before we mail the items to our customers.
