Steps to Exchange:

Step 1: Request an exchange by emailing us at fashion@suencanto.com within 7days of receiving your order.

Step 2: A confirmation email of will be sent to you shortly.

Step 3: After you've received the confirmation email, item(s) must be mailed to su encanto within 7days through normal or registered mail

please note that it is always advisable to opt for Registered Post as su encanto will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items sent thru normal posting.

Step 4: You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Availability of exchange item(s) can only be confirmed when the returned item(s) are received.
